About Genie

Genie Webster is a Cleveland, Ohio-based singer/songwriter, spiritual activist,  AromaTouch practitioner, and essential oil educator at Wise Woman Remedies.

A native Clevelander, Genie’s musical career began at the age of ten, when she auditioned and became a founding member of one of Cleveland’s musical institutions, the Singing Angels.

Classmates from Maple Heights High School remember Genie (she was “Jeanie” in high school) in high school plays and singing solos in the choir, and most famously…. her role as a pregnant bride singing “I am the beautiful reflection of my love’s affection” in the annual Variety Show.

Genie enjoyed a professional singing career based in Reno, Nevada, where she sang and played guitar in cabarets and special events all across northern Nevada. She is also an accomplished songwriter and recording artist, and is working on her second album “Angel of the Desert.” Genie moved back to Cleveland in 2011 to rejoin family and because, she says, “Cleveland rocks!”
